With nearly 20 years of experience in aerial practice, Georgina specialises in movement quality, biomechanics, and physical preparation for aerial artists. Drawing from both her background as a professional aerialist and her ongoing research into Pilates-informed conditioning, her teaching focuses on developing strength, efficiency, and longevity in the air through a deeper understanding of how the body functions in suspension.

Her approach combines technical precision with sensitivity to movement quality, helping students refine foundational vertical aerial skills. Through a strong emphasis on core integration, alignment, and structural support, Georgina guides aerialists towards greater clarity, control, and fluidity in their practice.

Alongside technical training, her work explores the relationship between movement mechanics and artistic expression — investigating pathways, rhythm, tension, release, and the transitions between shapes to cultivate a more connected and intelligent approach to aerial movement.

Her teaching spans rope, silks and collaborative aerial practices, and is particularly suited to aerialists looking to deepen their technical understanding, movement awareness, and long-term sustainability within their training.
