“I was first introduced to Pilates during my training at the National Centre for Circus Arts in London in 2013, and it has remained a fundamental part of my movement practice ever since. Certified through Pilates Union (Mat) and the London Pilates Academy (Reformer), my teaching combines classical Pilates principles with more than 20 years of experience in aerial and movement training.
My approach focuses on biomechanics, alignment, core integration, mobility, and movement quality — helping clients build strength and awareness through intelligent and intentional movement ultimately working towards effortless grace and elegance whilst moving through everyday life.
Drawing from both conditioning and performance practice, I curate dynamic, intentional and personal classes that support long-term physical wellbeing while encouraging clients to feel more connected and capable within their bodies.”
